  • The item never arrived and the seller cannot provide valid tracking information.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, buyers must:

  • Contact the seller directly through the platform within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide photos and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • If no resolution is reached with the seller, escalate the issue to Collecta Asia support.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect sizing or specifications chosen by the buyer.
  • Damage caused by improper use or handling by the buyer.

4. Vendor Refund Responsibilities

Vendors are expected to respond to refund requests within 48 hours. Sellers must cooperate with buyers and Collecta Asia to resolve disputes promptly. Failure to respond may result in account penalties or forced refunds.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to the buyer’s original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to seller error (wrong item, damaged, not as described), the seller is responsible for return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping may be borne by the buyer.

7. Return Address

Returns must be sent to the address provided by the seller. Always communicate through the platform to ensure return eligibility and avoid unauthorized returns.

8. Marketplace Disclaimer

Collecta Asia acts as a platform provider and is not directly involved in transactions between buyers and sellers. However, we may step in to mediate disputes and enforce policies when necessary.
