How do I become a seller?
Click the "Become a Seller" link, complete the registration form, and upload a valid ID for verification.
What types of watches can I sell?
You can sell G-Shock, Casio, Seiko, and other branded or luxury watches that are authentic and in working condition.
Is ID verification required?
Yes, all sellers must verify their identity using a valid National ID, Passport, or other government-issued document.
How much is the commission fee?
Collecta Asia charges an 8.50% commission fee per successful sale.
What are the withdrawal options?
Currently, we offer PayPal and bank transfer (Malaysia only). More options will be added soon.
What is the minimum payout amount?
The minimum payout amount is RM100 (or $25 USD).
How long does it take to process payments?
Payments are processed within 3–7 business days after the withdrawal request.
Can I sell fake or replica watches?
No. Selling counterfeit or unauthorized products is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
How do buyers contact sellers?
Buyers can message sellers directly through the platform after logging in.
Can international users sell on Collecta Asia?
At the moment, only sellers with valid Malaysian identification are accepted. International support is coming soon.
